What oil air fryer do you use???
Medora, ND. 0:03 tourist season has a huge steak fry and they deep fry them ALL in a preasure cooker. Delicious.
They serve around 300 plus and many times more. It is amazing how fast the line goes. I am gobsmacked.
They problem with doing this in a skillet is the meat juices run out😮. If you pierced it with a fork and left it in a marinate, the juices would run out. A long term marinate would be the magic trick. 😊

Oh I saw Chris Young do something like this and I had meant to do give it a shot sometime. cooking the steak either in an oven or sous vide to cook it through and then just searing it in the fryer seems like the way to go.
Good to see an attempt to just fry it all the way though. :D I've done burgers in the fryer before though and it worked out pretty well. Thinner patty though.
