I tried SLIMFAST for 5 days.. does it work? with results!

I tried slimfast for 5 days just for a bit of fun and to see if it actually works. I had got in to really bad habits after Christmas and I was hoping that this would give me the discipline I needed to get back in to more healthier eating habits. I ended up being unwell which is typical but I still stuck to it so I do apologise about my voice.
