Great ideas I would never have thought of M&S to shop for slimming world .
Hi Marie, M&S is good for low Syn foods. I recommend scanning a few items, you may just be surprised! There are a lot of chicken packs with seasoning which are low Syn and great for bbqs and dinners at home too 😊 xx

@@ScottishFoodieLassie hi yes I have being doing SlimmingWorld from 2017 and lose 6 stone but in 2020 with everything that was going on with lockdown I put a lot of that weight back on put I just am chipping away at the weight now and I have a CZcams channel just to document my sw journey . Hi Julie! 😊 First of all, what a fantastic achievement. 8 stone off is just absolutely incredible…you must feel amazing! I’ve decided to keep all of my stickers on my 2023 book and all of my 2024 stickers will be kept on my new book. I wanted to do that as I lost 4st 7lb on the 2023 book and so it felt right to keep that one separate. I do however have Miss Slinky and lots of other awards like Club 10 and Slimmer of the week/month, but it doesn’t meant that I haven’t achieved them. I’m thinking about getting a little bag/wallet to keep everything in for going to group. Well done again, absolutely fantastic results ❤️ xx
The baked apples yogurt from M&S is lovely

Thanks for the lovely feedback! The protein bagel thins are actually on offer in Sainsbury’s right now, our local ASDA is quite small so we generally don’t go there as we can’t find what we want.

Sounds great about the fruit, but a shame about your Skyr but only with sugar. Thank you so much, I’m really enjoying throwing in spinach to a lot of my meals where possible just now. Whenever we buy a bag of spinach, there is so much of it to use up - too much for 1/2 people. So, I’ve been trying my best to add some in to my meals to save food waste and money too, but it also adds up as speed in my meal too. I really enjoyed my airfryer tomatoes, they were really sweet and flavourful. Thank you so much for watching 💕💜 xx

Gutted I can no longer get the baked apple yogurt in Ireland north or south I used to get it in my local M&S in the republic but not anymore I live in hope
