    Excellent review Sir, but I just want to know if the fuel consumption you mentioned is honest review on the matter? People might buy but then will regret afterwards if found out that the car isn’t fuel efficient, as we all know that gas prices gets higher nowadays.

    I think this is a decent car.. people, consider the price of this car.. it is good enough for a budget crossover.. that transmission should improve the fuel economy so much.. and also, that engine is more than enough for this small car, and also a lot better than most of its competitors at the price..

    I'am waiting for the chery car that can compete with MPVs like avanza and ertiga for the price and specs, minding the 10 years warranty, i will definitely buy one if it will have a 205mm plus ground clearance

    • @markjavier8157
      @markjavier8157 Před 2 lety

      Yes, Chinese brands should offer 7 seaters along the price of the current Japanese MPVs such as the Rush, BR V, Xpander, Ertiga, etc.
      Their current offers such as the Okavango and Tiggo 8, since turbocharged, are pricier..

    • @jethrocrus8078
      @jethrocrus8078 Před 2 lety +1

      @@markjavier8157 Japanese brands' mpv's that are targeting asian markets, (usually produced in Thailand and Indonesia like the Rush, Expander, Avanza, Innova), are designed for smaller asian sizes. Chinese mpv's are largely designed for bigger sized global markets. Thats why their 7-seater mpv's are also bigger. They have China domestic smaller 7-seaters though, but have not yet exported them here.

    Sir Roy, w the new transmission (CVT), I think the Tiggo 2 is a more compelling buy and, in my opinion, will make the Tiggo 5X more impractical.

    • @ZigWheelsPhilippines
      @ZigWheelsPhilippines  Před 2 lety +5

      I thought so at first but after checking it out myself, the Tiggo 5X is still a bit larger inside and out and has more amenties to still be different enough :-) I think the Tiggo 5X needs a 2nd look in a future review. Thanks for you comment and support!

      I think the Tiggo 7 Pro is a better match up for those :-) but for the price, the 2 Pro is a compelling option. The Geely Coolray and Ford Territory is just raring for a showdown, though! A comparo is looming for sure on the future so watch out for that. Thanks!

      We are considering this along with Geely Emgrand Comfort due to the price point. My wife liked Tiggo 2 Pro for the comfy seats, youthfulness, ride height and design/color (we tried the Laser Yellow). I liked the Geely Emgrand Comfort for the cockpit feel, that Geely front center armrest. It's really neck to neck albeit one is a crossover while the other is a sedan. I'm torn. Help hahaha
