It was GPM last year and he had a massive delay, so when commentating by himself he was behind and when co-commentating it was kinda obvious that he was pretending to see things that he hadn't actually seen yet.

Turns out Bob Ross wasn't going to be Hootey's original opponent. He heard about the free painting supplies as the reward, and, because he'd fallen on hard times, struggling to make ends meet, he killed Hootey's original opponent. He was going to get those painting supplies, and boy, did he ever.
Unfortunately for him, his nefarious plan was thwarted when the body was found, and Bob Ross was sent to prison.

You know, I think Joel actually found a completely clean version of the starfield sequence from 80's Doctor Who and used it for the break animations. I recognize those lens flares!
game4brains 123 I know, right? I could've sworn that the Lens Flares rushing past the screen perfectly match the Doctor Who opening. Either someone managed to find a completely clean version of the opening or if was heavily influenced by said opening.
Well it's a Vinesauce version of the WWF intro bumper from the 80's, so it's kinda a given. As for the resemblance to Doctor Who, I don't think it was even intentional, though they probably used the 80s DW intros as a reference.
kargaroc386 I just watched the real WWF bumper. Looking at the stars and the Lens Flares in the background, I believe they more closely matched Doctor Who's opening to honest. Literally everything from how the stars and Lens Flares were coloured to how they rushed past the screen matched the opening (though not exactly in the same order though). It was probably used as an influence, I guess.

It's been a couple of months, but hello! I am Colorband, the designer of the VWF logo you see in this and the Summer Slaughter stream (I noticed he sped up the logo in the Summer Slaughter stream). First, yes. I used the Doctor Who end credits as the stars for the logo. I reversed the footage so it'd go with the WWF logo (which, of course, the logo is based off of - the music is even stolen from it). The whole thing was done the day before the match - which is probably why I didn't see it first used.
I took great care to recreate the WWF logo, and since you people thought it was nice, I'd like to thank you for all of it! (oh, and by the way, the raw footage is on my channel; so if you want to see it on full volume, go to my channel! if you don't want to, i won't judge you, man.)

However maybe next year Jerma can somehow send over Glueman as a guest star and Jerma Rumble rep.
