  • Arpit Kapoor, owner of Kapoor’s cafe explains how he uses LimeTray’s technology to manage his flagship restaurant Kapoor’s Cafe across all it’s 6 outlets and Kapoor’s Punjabi Rolls.
Kapoor’s Cafe prides itself on being an authentic Punjabi restaurant in Bangalore, serving “desi punjabi food”. They aim to create a no-frills dhaba like atmosphere at all their outlets - chilled out and laid-back. Arpit says technology helps them in this goal by reducing the manual intervention needed to run the restaurant.
    Helping Kapoor’s Cafe run better
Kapoor’s Cafe is known for the smooth customer service they are able to serve their customers. And Arpit credits this to LimeTray’s POS system. As soon as an order hit’s the billing system, the KOTs are routed to the correct kitchen or good station from where servers are able to collect the order and serve fast.
    Restaurant POS and customer data
Arpit talks about the importance of collecting customer data, having all of that data compiled and turned into dashboards that help him keep tabs on the minute details of running all his 6 outlets. LimeTray enables him to keep tabs even on details like KOT revisions where each transaction is recorded at each step.

    Restaurant Marketing and Loyalty
Kapoor’s Cafe counts on repeat purchases and an 85% customer retention rate. And they achieve this by running strong retention campaigns for their customers. Once a customer walks in and transacts at one of their outlets, their data is collected and stored. This data is then used to run these campaigns.

I am probably one of your first customers. Remember the date June 4th or 5th of 2014. A tiny one at Thubarahalli. Loved your food, but now been 5 years since I left Bangalore

Their food is atrocious nowadays. It was amazing back when they were in Whitefield. How low have they fallen 😥

Yeah man! I initially loved their food. Though had a delhiite as my roommate, he would intimidate me with the cuisine and used to eat 4 times/week for dinner. He as well started hating this as the food was very expensive
