Oh I miss that humor on drives. Several days later I finally got to watch and you didn't disappoint. Kirsty that was a large crowd, lol as James wades through them.
"We are in with everyone else" 😂🤣❤💕One hears similar in all campsites all the time but never so cute
The photography of the wildlife is extraordinarily beautiful!
Loved the whistling zebra. Thanks for another great video James & Kristen 🐾
Glad you enjoyed it
Such great footage! The whistling Zebra, priceless!
“You don’t like this one? I don’t know it feels like we are in with everyone else. Well, let me just wade through the crowd here…..” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 THAT was priceless!! It is always a delight to go on a camping safari with Mr and Mrs Hendry!!
The dawn chorus was beautiful
Nuts! No notification. Happy to be here even if late.
I don't know why I never get the notification . I have missed alot of the live .
I also did not recieve a notification
I'm sorry! I've tried to see if there is anything I can do on my side, but it seems it's a youtube issue
@@JamesHendry thanks James , Kirsten, I think since u started your me my wife n wildlife is when I started not getting the notification . I believe when it was your music I got them all . You guys are amazing thank you for taking us along !!
What a great song...melds perfectly. Had a look for the artist. An original.
Loved the whistling Zebra ! This was a great spot.
That Northern Black Khorhaan has some call! That will wake you up in the morning! lol
It sure does
I love watching you guys, and James you have a great sense of humour I love it.
I am vicariously living through your adventure....many thanks !
Thanks for watching!
@@JamesHendry your replies are like little golden nuggets that drop into my inbox - we humans truly have no idea of how much we impact each other - even strangers from across the world...thanks !
Chobe is a fantastic place. Glad you made it there. More elephants than anywhere in Africa, and the lions are huge.
I love how exciting your videos are. I absolutely love the way you explain things and talk for the animals it's hilarious. Thanks as always for sharing.
Thank you so much!
My Country 🇧🇼
🤣 What a joy! I laughed real tears....
Thank you ❤🌹
Glad you enjoyed it
Great video, many thanks for posting. I have Namibia self-drive booked for October 2022. I'd love to visit Botswana in 2023. A special hello from Ireland 🇮🇪
Thanks again for another great video.
Glad you enjoyed it
Also love the whistling zebra. Thanks, loved it again. Can’t wait until the next episode lands.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I LOVE the wildlife you show us every week but must say it`s always a highlight to see the “checking out the ablutions” AND “which campground from the all the empty ones should we take”....the wildlife varies, but these things are a given!!!!
Many thanks!
As of this writing, 4 zebras didn't appreciate you filming their back side. However, I thought this was marvelous. Enjoyed the music too.
As usual, fun to watch you both & of course the aniimals on your way to finally. Hahaha.
The “how do you know an animal is dead and not estivating” clip is one of my absolutely favorite moments on WE. So funny you two did that throwback!
Yes, had to bring in that throwback!
Boy would I like to go back to Baines Boababs in Nxai Pan !!
We were sad we could not camp at Baines...too wet!
Those guineas were laughing at you losing camp site no.2. Zebbies were great, korhaan call amazing.
Lol enjoyable as always you loveable 2. Cute editing too❤
The zebras were truly dazzling!
You guys are so much fun. And the wildlife is great too. Sorry about the Germans. All the best, Gloria 🐂
Thanks so much! 😊
Totally loved it. Thank you so much for sharing. Much love from me to you two.
Glad you enjoyed it
My fav, Fred the footloose and fancy free whistling zebra! 😁
Great name!
Nice capture of the "moment of suspension" in the gallop.
Thanks so much for letting us all go along with you ! The music and vidio was amazing like always !
Our pleasure!
That zebra really wanted to become a CZcams star. Well done, all!
Better “late than never”. Finally got around to watch this post! ................ Wasn’t expecting nor anticipating how loud that Korhaan would be. That was almost ear splitting ( note 📝 to self -: next time when watching korhaan, of any kind, turn down the volume ) ............ Hopefully I won’t be so late in watching the next episode.............. ⚛️☮️ 💚🐾 🌏
A good note to self!
Great music in the video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Brilliant! Whistling zebra. LOL "Let me just wade through the crowd" had me in stitches. I would not want to visit that loo if I had a few too many. I'm not much into body piercings. LOL Thanks again you two for such a fun time.
Nxai Pan is an amazing place to see Zebras and Giraffes! It wasn't nearly that green when I visited in March 2020. So beautiful 💚
"A Zebra's butt. A Zebra's butt. I am going to film a Zebra's butt" ~ James Hendry Classic!
Love The Hendry's!!
Amazing to watch the Northern Black Korhaan in the air and landing 👍🏾 But one thing's for sure: it's never bad luck meeting Germans 🤗
Loved this episode .. especially the zebra that wanted to be a star and that magnificent bull elephant! Well done Kirsten and James 👍🇨🇦💕
miss your wit.from wildlife, you were so good along with originals,
no Ostrich poop!! DARN!! ;-)
Always sad when we don't see one defecate...
That pronunciation of Nxai.. 😂😂😂 Close
That sunrise was glorious! I'm beginning to really like zebras, especially whistling ones! I loved Kirsten saying the one campsite was in with the others, even with you "wading thru the crowd." It was too close! Your videos are always such fun. For some reason this one seemed even brighter and clearer than usual, probably my eyes, Thank you for making Friday mornings special.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for another Friday adventure. Loved the whistling zebra. Blessings...
Awesome!
Always a pleasure to watch James Hendry and Mrs Hendry!
Had to laugh! You just had to pick the one spot that was not available! Too funny! Great episode James and Kirsten, thank you! Yes, the zebra made me laugh. I must have played it back about 4 times! Blessings always
Glad you enjoyed it!
Happy you finally found a spot to settle!! Lol...thanks for taking us along with you, great music! blessings to you both x
My Botswana my pride 🇧🇼.....
I’m really enjoying this series. In fact, I’m enjoying all of your videos. I love your sense of humour James. And btw, you chose well with site 9. I think it was much prettier than site 2. 👍
Glad you enjoy it!
That whistling Zebra was amazing.
I thoroughly enjoying this. The beautiful photography is amazing and I really appreciate it . Thank you both for sharing
Marianne NZ
Many thanks!
Sorry I'm late watching, just catching up now and enjoying watching.
what a great adventure!!
Looking at those spikes made my feet hurt. Does it actually work often? Elephants aren't easily stopped by anything.
I think those spikes do work for elephants, I don't think anyone or animal would want to step onto a rusty sharp spike.
@@JamesHendry A smart elephant would just pick up the cinder block on which the spikes are attached and yeet (throw) it off to one side...
Here is a link to Fiona Timms Chapter 3 of her experiences as a Lodge manager in 1997 at the Okavango Botswana: lovinglifetv.com/the-white-zulu-fiona-timms-botswana-chapter-3/ I am sure James can relate to this.
Will have a look!
It's interesting how often you capture different animals staring directly back at the camera intently. Do they love paparazzi? Do they pick up on the light or some reflection given off by the camera (maybe some tantalizing toy)? Are they adapted to the threat of firearms/tranquilizers, trying to assess a threat? It's pretty amusing to see how often you manage to capture the behavior.
I miss your humour and extremely for Wild Earth
Kept waiting for a snake to pounce😳. So glad one didn’t. Nice lot of striped stallions!
You and me both!
Does no people around (like no football crowds here in England) enhance or detract from the experience? Great camerawork fantastic editing.
I think it enhances the experience because you don't hear other car engines or people talking at night. But it's not good for the staff working at the parks.
Thanks a lot for all your videos! Will we see something about the film gear you use soon?
That's a good idea!
as a german i feel a bit ashamed but i also know… i would prebook as well 😂😂😂
😂
Is the whistling zebra only found in Botswana?
Yes, extremely rare!
Great job guys. What video frame rate are you using? Quality looks great!
30fps
Do you mind sharing where you managed to buy the And and Lorrain Tinkers map book please?
We go them at Riley's Garage in Maun, Botswana - they are quite tricky to find online sadly...
I run excellent bone identification classes :-D
@James. Why did you change your booking to Nxai?
We were told the herds of zebra were at Nxai pan so we thought we would see more wildlife - which we luckily did! And we fell in love with Nxai pan
