Okay, so this wand fires a hollow egg that contains a hollow egg that contains 53 other spells. There's a weird bit where if you restart without closing the game, Hollow eggs aren't deleted but instead cast. You fire the egg up from the start point, restart, catch the second egg, throw it down. It teleports you down and then over (by swapping you with Deercoys) exactly to Kolmi's Salt thing, then the spell wraps back around and teleports you down and then over again to the Work so you can install it. Instead of waiting for the ending cutscene, the second wrap also fires an omega black hole which kills you just slightly slower than you can mash E to complete the work, getting you to the credits that much faster.
I know this is 7 months late but just in case your still curious, it works because of 2 main things. 1, hollow eggs will persist between runs. And 2, because the boss chamber is always loaded. Basically if you leave hollow eggs with tellaport bolt in the boss chamber and hollow eggs with a boss one shot and other eggs with a explosive detonater you can imediatly one shot the boss, and also the work is unloaded from the mountan but once you get to the boss arena you load it allowing you to also store eggs there to tellaport after killing the boss, then with somthing to instakill you like a starting flask of acid, that's the end of the game

Noita speedruns are somehow even more incomprehensible than SM64 speedruns, and that's saying something.
It makes as much sense as Legend of Zelda OoT's SRM.
Eh, they're equally incomprehensible. At least in Noita it is technically built into the game engine... Super Mario uses arbitrary code execution.
