After years of having 2D Mario games being way too similar with each installment, I think this is something the 2D Mario genre DESPERATELY needed. The final result, being absolutely fantastic 👏

This is such a full circle moment. The first Zack Scott vid I ever watched was his first New Super Mario Bros U gameplay, and I loved watching that entire series. It’s been a while since I’ve watched the channel, and now his gameplay of the next main 2d Mario game pops up. I’m looking forward to this series!

Based on the trailers, I wasn't really sure what to make of this game, but it seems like your classic Super Mario fun with some slightly different vibes. In a way, I kind of get some Rayman vibes from this game for some reason. I will definitely be picking this up soon. After all the hours I put into TOTK recently, I need something new.
