140kg x 10 BACK SQUAT

- 140kg x 10 on back squat today.
150kg x 10 is my 10 rep personal best from 12 years ago, but I didn't document it. Today I wanted to catch this 140kg back squat on camera - purely for my own training documentation... Not the prettiest, but I’ll take it. Glad there is still strength in the old sea legs with all the other stuff I am doing this summer 🏃♂️ 🥋 🤼♂️.

Bro i also hit 140 for 10 last month but i still fail 180
With 140 for 10 you should be there or thereabouts with 180kg. It’s probably a case of needing to spent a block with the lower reps is all.
