Never been to live performance of any group in my life. After this stuff blows over, I see a trip to Branson to see you guys in person. Unbelievable talent.
It's worth it. I was in Branson and went to their show on a whim, last minute (never even seeing a CZcams video), and it was possibly the best concert I've ever been to. They're even better live!
Never been to a live concert either but I plan to go their concert in Grapevine TX in December.
I will certainly look out for them if they ever come to play live in Scotland.

I have been watching a lot of their videos and have seen how Julianne's mandolin playing is getting better and better with time. Just shows that practice pays off. It has inspired me to get my banjo back out! Wish I had of stuck with it when I bought one 40 years ago.

This has instantly become one of my favourite Petersen songs. It's got everything. Matt's voice (which we don't always hear enough of), Julianne's harmonies, Ellen and Emmet strumming that wild bluegrass sound, Katie's awesome fiddle (and smiles), Mama's driving bass, great Christian lyrics. Oh, and check shirts. (Who forgot to tell Ellen it was check shirt day?).
I used to live in Missouri. It gets very cold there [spoken like a Texan]! And those shirts are warm, I remember many kids wearing them like jackets in school.
