I have 2 of this but one tray got stucked in today. 😢 i have been struggling to remove it but all to no avail, even after squeezing the control button under 😢😢. The chair lasts like forever but you keep changing the cover every 2yrs.

When you fold the trap up that’s how you put the tray back down

Is the tray supposed to lock in place...or it easily comes on and off, he pushes it easily with his feet

If your child can easily push the try away from the high chair, you may need a replacement tray. The locking mechanism may have worn down. If you would like further assistance, please call our Customer Service team at 1-800-671-1701 M-F from 8:30am-5:00pm EST. When calling, please have the high chair nearby as well.

What’s the weight maximum for the reclined position?

Whether sitting or reclined, the maximum weight limit is the same for our high chairs. For the Siesta, the maximum weight is 45 lbs.

I can’t put the tray in... I forced it in and now can’t even take it out and is not all the way in. Please help

Please be sure to squeeze the release lever underneath the front of the tray to insert and remove the tray. If the concern continues, please contact our directly at 1-800-671-1701 M-F from 8:30am-5:00pm EST.

Don't get it. It will not roll on carpet. Called Peg Perrego amd they wouldn't help
