Had you followed U.S.42 till it ended at Derroit Ave
and cross that road you would have had an easier time with it. If you followed Google (which it looked like you were doing) you made some good choices considering where you where at, KUDOS 👍👍👍👍

I shit you not. I’ve been on the top of that water tower with my brother Dave. It used to have a top on it with a point and lightning rod. God, we were drunk and dumb back then. That building used to be Kredo Hardware. My brother worked there. We’d meet up on Friday night at the store with beers. Good times.

Best city in the world. Cleveland is the home of rock n roll and is the most underrated city in the country. Wait 15 years and the attitude about Cleveland will be different.

Very dangerous area especially at night Tremont isn't safe anymore it's beautiful lots of wonderful hardworkers unfortunately jar jackers and criminals of all ages seriously like 14 yr olds wit guns taking over the city no child is safe anywhere! And yes the crime is spreading all those nice large building yet its not safe at all bullets speeders stolen cars mass number of shootings and 99% of the time the criminals had records and set out free ! Schools rec centers all very dangerous gang members prey on these young kids so no matter where you live in cleveland your children will still attend school wit kids who shoot folks it takes years to charge juveniles. THE 28TH PROJECTS need shut down !!!! It's not safe majority are drug dealers multiple kids no care for the children they end up in the system the crime drugs and prostitution along with fraud cost tax payers more than the free puplic defenders traffic is horrible considering they will shoot you because they are in a rush or run ya down running from cops or crime scenes. Food in the city is contaminated the workers don't like to wash their hands and lots of mice and roaches never is easy to get good food (look or go behind the scenes js! The city has been ruined trust no one! Sorry to be so negative but it's the truth wish I had the warning!!!!!!

What a load of crap. Crime is as bad as it's always been. We don't need these "sky is falling" types bringing us down anymore.
The suburbanites think they can isolate themselves from the world, but don't see the underbelly of their own communities.
Also, those projects are definitely a blight, but one does not toss people on the street. These apartments down by this industrial area should never have been put there, but the urban renewal of the 60s thought that cheap land out of the way solved a problem. How these people get to work or shop was never a concern.
The area you drive through is called Hinge-town and is full of galleries and hip places. Young people will always gravitate to post-industrial areas and improve them. Some call it gentrification.

@WoeDee216 This is sensationalist reporting by someone with an axe to grind. The figures are incorrect.
