@@Jack-bh7tv it's hard to say how much practice but I kind of had the power after puberty, but more importantly than pure physical strength is perfecting your Technique, a perfect example of this is Billy from the F2 he has perfected his Sledgehammer technique that is why he's able to shoot at around 75 miles per hours which is impressive for someone his size. But after perfecting your Technique there's no other room for improvement the only way you can improve now is to physically get bigger and stronger. For 99% percent of us we should focus on technique for now
