Hello, I watched one of your videos from 2 years ago and it was about the different HR Certifications and I would like to take an HR Certification course but I don't have the funds.
It was mentioned in the video that BernieU provides certifications for free, but will it be taken seriously, since it's a free online course.

Hi, and thank you for your question. BernieU is very official! It provides HRCI and SHRM credits. The process to have a course reviewed by the governing bodies, in this case SHRM and HRCI, is rigorous and takes multiple weeks, sometimes longer. Each year, we update courses and put them back through that process to ensure they are fully recognized by the official agencies. Their being free is a win for our team, so we can continue providing support to professionals seeking development.
