  • Moore was sought out for five arrest warrants for the following crimes:
May 13, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet in the parking lots of Nissan Stadium. The group took over several stadium lots, including closed lots. About 1,000 vehicles arrived and some did burnouts and donuts, which was dangerous to those around. Law enforcement on the ground and in the air responded to get rid of the crowd.
July 22, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 516 Rev. Kelly M. Smith Way, a State of Tennessee owned parking lot. Hundreds gathered there, and people in the group took over intersections and conducted burnouts, donuts and slides with their vehicles in the intersections of Nelson Merry Street and 10th Circle North, and Kelly M. Smith Way and Rosa L. Parks Boulevard. Those involved also blocked roadways, which did not allow police to enter the area.
Oct. 28, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 1001 Health Park Drive where 100 or more people reportedly gathered. Various vehicles were involved in conducting burnouts and donuts. Three drivers fled from police that night. The property manager confirmed Moore did not have permission to use the parking lot, which was damaged by tire marks.
Jan. 24, 2023: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 3040 Sidco Drive. Midtown Hills Precinct officers responded to the parking lot due to the large crowd on the property, which was newly renovated and for sale. Vehicles participated in burnouts which damaged the lot by leaving tire marks, and an oil spill also occurred. The real estate agent for the property called police that night and said neither Moore nor anyone else had permission to be there.
Jan. 28, 2023: Moore allegedly used social media to advertise a “pop-up meet” in the parking lot of Woodmont Hills Church of Christ where about 300 to 400 vehicles showed up. Several participated in burnouts and donuts in the church parking lot, which posed a risk to the public.

In order to be convicted of inciting a riot you need to prove that the intent was to create a riot. He clearly stated rules, clearly asked for help, and clearly never intended these meetups become as big as they did, nor is that within itself is illegal. @A_Goat Před 22 dny +9

I don't believe that is true, that they have to prove his intent. Generally this is true for any crime but in this regard it is not a requirement for prosecution. A good example of this was Kai Cenat's giveaway, he merely extended invitation to his fans in the area to meet up to have a giveaway for his fanbase. Yet because a large amount showed up, became wreckless, violent and broke laws, he was charged with Inciting the Riot & Unlawful Assembly. He said nothing to incite rioting, nor did they have to prove his intent.
He was charged because he did not alert police, did not have permit and therefore it was declared unlawful. In fact you don't even have to have caused a riot for you to be charged with inciting one which may be baffling to some.
It's also pertinent to mention that under Riots codes, a judgement of conviction or acquittal on the merits under the laws of any state shall be a bar to any prosecution hereunder for the same act or acts. So in better words, because previous rulings, such as Kai Cenat or the Don, the bar to meet this crime does not require intent.
