I've watched quite a few of your reactions but I LOVE watching people go through the MCU for the first time. I get to watch the good bits of them all again with someone's fresh view, my favourite movies of all time. (Up to End Game)
As I mentioned these are not "my first time" for these MCU reactions, but with only seeing them once in theatres like 15 years ago, I don't remember 90% of the films. So I wanted to go through them all again. :)
History in the making indeed. A unprecedented jump off that changed cinema. The pebble in the pond creating a whole lot of ripples. The Iron Man character hit the 60th anniversary, back in March. Inspired by real-life genius, eccentric and industrialist Howard Hughes. The cast, the script, the effects, easter eggs, nods and the direction by Jon Favreau (Happy Hogan) is as good as it gets. 30 plus films, 5 phases and over $25 billion worldwide. Long way to go. Hope your ready. Btw, in the comics, the world didn't know Tony Stark was Iron Man till 40 years after his debut (unbelievable).
the movie you saw in the theater with the racecars was Iron Man 2. this is Iron Man 1. that could explain why none of it looks familiar except the suit & Tony.
Still my favorite MCU movie. None of them will ever beat the OG for me. Also, I will never be over the fact that "I am Iron Man" was not scripted. RDJ improvised that. Never over it. (Whiplash is the Iron Man 2 villain.)
"I am Ironman" was such a big moment for super hero movies. Spider-man, batman, superman all had secret identities, it was the norm to see two different personas on screen, but Tony Stark / RDJ changed that, he is Ironman
The first post credits stinger. It’s awesome knowing how the MCU was born from that one scene. Iron Man the movie was great and spawned more of its like and quality. But that tease at the end is what connects it to a whole future universe of movies.

There could not have have been a better actor to play Tony Stark/Iron Man than Robert Downey Jr. Forever grateful to director Jon Favreau(who also plays Happy)for fighting to have RDJ play the role. And I really liked Terrance Howard as Rhodey. Even though we didn't get much time with him, I loved character of Yinsen. 14:35 Our very first appearance of one of my SHIELD agents, Agent Phil Coulson. 15:45 - 16:43 One of my all-time favorite scenes. 😂 23:21 - 24:18 It took me awhile to figure out that Gulmira was Yinsen's home village. So, Tony taking out some of the bad guys there was justice for Yinsen. Jeff Bridges is such a great bad guy as Obadiah Stane. Fun Fact: Tony's "I am Iron Man" line was improvised by Robert Downey Jr. 37:48 And the first appearance from another one of my favorite SHIELD agents, or I should say SHIELD director, Nick Fury. Can't wait for your "Incredible Hulk" MCU reaction next. And looking forward to your next movie reaction. 😊
Yes, there is a Titanium Man in the comics, but he's a Russian dude - and nothing to do with Whiplash either. Obadiah Stane's suit was also in the comics, but he was known as The Ironmonger.
The early Marvel films are pretty good at sneaking in the villain names in conversation. When Obidiah is talking to Tony about the fact they sell weapons, he refers to them as Iron Mongers.
8:27 My answer to that question: I grew up pretty poor, in various poor neighborhoods, and the people in those neighborhoods and circumstances seemed to make the most out of our situations. They generally seemed happier than the people in the higher tax brackets I live around and am a part of currently. We're all financially comfortable, but time with family is limited because we're all in the grind working hard in time consuming careers. Work itself is oftentimes stressful as hell in general... So while the money and the comfortable lifestyle it provide is good and all, it definitely doesn't always equate to the happiness of having loved ones or piece of mind.
3 things you need to know going into the MCU. first, MCU movies are more like chapters in a book than whole books themselves. you need to see them all & in the order they're intended, which means release order in this case. second, each film has a mid- or post-credit scene, usually a teaser for the next one. some have 2. & finally each film also has a cameo by Stan Lee who created many of Marvel's most memorable characters, as a tribute to him.

No he had it wrong the Iron Man movie he remembered is the 2nd Iron Man movie. Cuz he mentioned how they were at a NASCAR race and watching the guy with the whiplash. So it’s the 2nd Iron Man he saw not the first one so this really is his 1st time watching this.

I am just saying this because you have seen everything once already but Shuri is always in the top five smartest in the MCU and sometimes at the top and don’t forget Vision. MCU is different from the comics.
Don't sleep on Box (aka Roger Bochs) as one of the mechanical geniuses in Marvel. If I remember correctly he was in the Canadian supergroups Alpha Flight, Beta Flight, and Gamma Flight.
I originally did, but with the Print on demand nature of it, I had to charge wayyyy too much. It was like $40+ for a T-shirt and I'd only make $2 profit. Then the Govt. would want 30% of that $2 come tax time. My CZcams audience 85% in the USA, so that's who I"m targeting for sales. Since the shirts are made there, I can offered lower shipping and better prices. I wish I could ship to Canada as well.
I love that rdj made tony stark loveable not just rdj but also the animated verison of tony, I never like tony in the comic I just hate him but the live action and animated show made me like iron especially the live action movies
In reference to your comment about Tony being a super genius and one for the smartest in Marvel comics, yes this is true. Prior to the wokify age the list for the heroes included Tony, Reed Richards, T'Challa, Bruce Banner,Hank Pym and Hank MCCoy. But NOW...😏.. Let's just say in the MCU, everybody is a super genius. 😂😂. It's so dumb.
It's always been a thing in Marvel that the heroes are highly intelligent. That was to encourage kids to be smart, and get a good education, stay in school kinda thing. Haha. :)
The MCU is full of alliterative names. Pepper Potts, Happy Hogan, Reed Richards, Bruce Banner and Peter Parker just to mention a few. Oh and honorable mention to J. Jonah Jameson. 😂 It would not do the Warlord any good reassembling the armor as it is missing the critical component of the power source. The miniaturized Arc Reactor. Obadiah Stane on the other hand.... 😮
The big bad for this movie in the comics was called Iron Monger ...a.k.a. Obadiah Stane. In the comics he stole Starks company renaming it Stane International. He also repurposed the original mark 1 armor into his Iron Monger suit.
Titanium Man is a Russian Iron Man villain using the Mark 1 blueprints which were stolen from Stark by Natasha Romanoff a.k.a. Black Widow before she defected to the west.

If Iron Man would not work, and make money there would be no MCU and DCU also no one wanted to hire Robert Downey J. because he was a few times in jail for DUI and drugs made problems on sets. Jon Favreau fought that Robert will play Stark. That role save him and now no one else could play Strak. Robert IS Stark. When you think of Tony Stark you see Robert.
Hi I've seen some of your videos and there good, also just curious, did you ever have a fortnite stream where somebody friend recwested you and it made a huge noise?
Oh and the sonic paralizer is based on a real idea. Luck for use it dose not works so easily. The idea is over loading the brain with sound that our brain has a hard time prossessing and causing a epolptic style episode in someone. Think about those visual illusion that look like they are moving but they aren't, well image a sound that dose that to your ears. Your visual cortex cant focus on the image without burning out the rest but then trys to focus on the rest but the other part of the image blurs out hense you think it moves or there are curves when there isn't. Your audo cortext hears one tone but lose the other tone and trys to pick out all the tones but can't causing the brain to overload.

I did, as I mentioned at the beginning of this, I've seen this before, but it was only once in theatres. I don't remember most of these films which is why I'm watching them all again. :)
I did watch this before, I said that right at the beginning, I just don't remember like 90% of the film. I thought this was the film with Whiplash in it, I was wrong, but I thought it was funny that I thought that so I left it in the edit. :)
Originally Tom Cruise was considered to play the role of Iron Man in the movie, but turned it down as he might not have received a large paycheck. Robert Downey Jr was cast as Iron Man, hope that playing the role of a superhero would turn his life around and it did, after his stint in rehab and doing some jail time.
Yeah, I've seen all the MCU films when they first came out in theatre only once. I don't remember much about them, so I'm going through the MCU to remember 90% of the details I forgot, and give my commentary. It's been highly request that I do it, because I've been forgetting so many details in the modern new release films.
I still say this is the single best stand-alone superhero movie on film. (The best story arc and character arc is the Nolan Batman Trilogy, imo.) It very nearly works as a good sci-fi movie, too.
Yeah, I've only watched all the MCU films once. I've never had much time for watching movies, my other hobbies took up most of my time over the years, which is why I started this channel. At least I'm being honest with everyone, and not trying to say "First Time Watching" for everything. :)
How can we trust you? You says you beginning the MCU. BUT you tell us so much of future things that haven't happened. So how much do you really know or you just doing this for views and money?
I'm being totally clear with everyone, which is why I said at the beginning of this film that I seen it before. I've seen every MCU movie. I've said this multiple times on my channel. I've only seen them once, in theatres back when they first came out, and I forget 90% of it. So I'm going through it all again from the start. I never stated in the title, description, or video that it was my First Time Watching, but there was a lot of people asking me to go through all the Marvel films again, so I am. :)

Ironmonger. They even use the term in the movie when Stane tells Stark "We're Ironmongers".

A lot of the Ironman stuff in the first movie is practical. Which makes it even more impressive. Favreau is a big fan of practical effects.
In reference to your comment about Tony being a super genius and one for the smartest in Marvel comics, yes this is true. Prior to the wokify age the list for the heroes included Tony, Reed Richards, T'Challa, Bruce Banner,Hank Pym and Hank MCCoy.

It's always been a thing in Marvel that the heroes are highly intelligent. That was to encourage kids to be smart, and get a good education, stay in school kinda thing. Haha. :)
The MCU is full of alliterative names. Pepper Potts, Happy Hogan, Reed Richards, Bruce Banner and Peter Parker just to mention a few. Oh and honorable mention to J. Jonah Jameson. 😂
It would not do the Warlord any good reassembling the armor as it is missing the critical component of the power source. The miniaturized Arc Reactor. Obadiah Stane on the other hand.... 😮

The big bad for this movie in the comics was called Iron Monger
...a.k.a. Obadiah Stane. In the comics he stole Starks company renaming it Stane International. He also repurposed the original mark 1 armor into his Iron Monger suit.
Titanium Man is a Russian Iron Man villain using the Mark 1 blueprints which were stolen from Stark by Natasha Romanoff a.k.a. Black Widow before she defected to the west.

If Iron Man would not work, and make money there would be no MCU and DCU also no one wanted to hire Robert Downey J. because he was a few times in jail for DUI and drugs made problems on sets. Jon Favreau fought that Robert will play Stark. That role save him and now no one else could play Strak. Robert IS Stark. When you think of Tony Stark you see Robert.

Oh and the sonic paralizer is based on a real idea. Luck for use it dose not works so easily. The idea is over loading the brain with sound that our brain has a hard time prossessing and causing a epolptic style episode in someone. Think about those visual illusion that look like they are moving but they aren't, well image a sound that dose that to your ears. Your visual cortex cant focus on the image without burning out the rest but then trys to focus on the rest but the other part of the image blurs out hense you think it moves or there are curves when there isn't. Your audo cortext hears one tone but lose the other tone and trys to pick out all the tones but can't causing the brain to overload.

Originally Tom Cruise was considered to play the role of Iron Man in the movie, but turned it down as he might not have received a large paycheck. Robert Downey Jr was cast as Iron Man, hope that playing the role of a superhero would turn his life around and it did, after his stint in rehab and doing some jail time.

Yeah, I've seen all the MCU films when they first came out in theatre only once. I don't remember much about them, so I'm going through the MCU to remember 90% of the details I forgot, and give my commentary. It's been highly request that I do it, because I've been forgetting so many details in the modern new release films.

I still say this is the single best stand-alone superhero movie on film. (The best story arc and character arc is the Nolan Batman Trilogy, imo.) It very nearly works as a good sci-fi movie, too.

Yeah, I've only watched all the MCU films once. I've never had much time for watching movies, my other hobbies took up most of my time over the years, which is why I started this channel. At least I'm being honest with everyone, and not trying to say "First Time Watching" for everything. :)

I'm being totally clear with everyone, which is why I said at the beginning of this film that I seen it before. I've seen every MCU movie. I've said this multiple times on my channel. I've only seen them once, in theatres back when they first came out, and I forget 90% of it. So I'm going through it all again from the start. I never stated in the title, description, or video that it was my First Time Watching, but there was a lot of people asking me to go through all the Marvel films again, so I am. :)
