I can do it with just my hands and my micro grinder or even regular angle grinder. So I always doing it this way.

Why post a clip of it being used but not show a drill bit going through that piece of metal afterwards. It doesn’t make sense.
On a side note, you can see the plastic whitening where it’s straining to stay together while sharpening that bit.

That's the wrong angle. Sure the point is angle matches that brand of drill bits. But not all. The issue is the flute blade angle. It's curved and it's going to run rather than cut.
