Its not about the crowd its about his own voice, the sound is different with them off. Sometimes you sing better with one earpeace off bcuz u can hear your voice better.
His songs are a little bit sad but at the same time makes you wanna dance so badly. For those who don't know the song is about his own missing dad, who was unfortunately killed in Rwanda... That's ADMIRABLE! Having still strenght to get into the stage and make you move your body even though the sadness in the background.

can I say it again ? This guy is brilliant. I have seen any artist as exciting as this in the last ten years at least. In any language. I don't remember finding a singer as much fun as he is and I don't even speak french. The power of music. He is so good he transmits his joy, passion and fun for music. I love the way the audience reacts to him. And his dance is magic, I wouldn't let anyone see me even dead dancing like that but he gets away with it, he's Stromae !

Check out Karkwa (chemin de verre), Malajube (Etienne d'aout), Lescop (La forêt), 3 accords (bamboula), Dionysos(coccinelle), galaxie (piste 1) etc. or ...my channel!
