What's your opinion about five minutes deep squat hold as everyday rutine to improve the mobility?
Love it. This is if you can handle 5min everyday. You can also break it up into different times and spread it out throughout the day.
@@ExploreTheMovement : I try to improve my time day by day. Currently I can hold ~1:10 (my first PR was 0:32) but my mobility is very shitty :-D
@@korcskutya great stuff. It will be more beneficial to spread it out rather than doing very big sets.
