TAROGATO modified

I can play now the Tarogato with any normal sopranosax mouthpiece. That is a big advantage, you can choose from many different styles and sounds. Original Tarogato mouthpieces are rare, difficult to get and you have no goos choices.

I made the modifications on this horn by myself. There are some inside the tube variations I did to achieve a kind of multi - parabolic conus to achieve a good octaveintonation.
Some of the original keys are still missing, but the horn plays well and I`m happy with my acoustical studywork. So, it is no wonder that you cannot find one like this, it is a single piece and individual creation. You will find some other studies of mine on my channel, that deal with this topics....how to alter and improve the bell notes on saxes/tarogatostyle horns and so on. The basic ideas are old and you can find old patents for all this and also pictures of early instruments. Check out all my vids, you can find more special things.
