North Port is a wonderful place to live :)
Stayed here but Hallandale beach Florida is jus a beautiful city and more things to do.
My grandparents spent their twilight years on Palena Blvd in holiday park. Some of my fondest childhood memories include doing laps around Palena on my grandmother’s trike. EVERYONE said hello as you passed…it’s the only such place I’ve ever been in my life although I’m sure it’s not unusual among retirement communities.

I find it ironic that a video titled "North Port, Fl Video Tour" depicts so many locations that are not even within the city of "Nort Port" and many that are not even in the same county (Sarasota Co.) as North Port. WTF!
I’m about to start a CZcams soon to showcase North Port. I just moved here from tx in the spring time. There isn’t really any good drone footage or videos of the area!

@@peaceandfood7952 north port is old but is getting an explosion of people moving here and building. It’s got a nice long chunk of I-75 that is ripe for future developments and being here early and now is great for your home value. I like it here. I still haven’t explored it all!
I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more growing businesses and communities and good restaurants and nightlife.
North Port is not located by the beach. The closest beaches are in Englewwod and Venice 30 minutes away from North Port. 30 minutes by car if there are no accidents and no traffic.

North Port, FL was once a nice quiet laid back city when I moved here 7 years ago. Today I have to dodge clumps of dog poop all over the sidewalks on my morning walks. I also have to battle with the bicyclist, electric scooters and golf carts riders who think they have more rights to the sidewalks than I do. In other words it's become just another hell-hole where you do as you please.
A lot of parking lots….
we are hoping to get land a nd get a manufactured home in Northport , has anyone done that?
I bought Land over there and have travelled to the place its very beautiful
