  • Hi everybody!
This time I bring you a very personal video, where I reflect on the nature of my own cycles and rythms and the impact they have in my life.
I've narrated the film this time, instead of sitting in front of the camera. I've created this one in a way that's totally new to me, like more poetic.
I feel I can say so much more in this way. It feels more natural to express my emotions.
For the fisrt time I feel like I might be starting to touch on my voice and the type of films I want to create. I really hope you enjoy ✨🤎

Hei, this is calming to watch. I also don't wanna be a part of this linearity that society projects. Wanna be free in my own way. Much love to you dear ❤.

      Hi! Thank you 🥰
I’m happy to learn this message resonated with you.
I think many of us are craving a different pace for our lives. It’s a bit of a challenge, but definitely possible 🤎✨
      All the best 🤗

I really liked this! And I’ve spent so much time trying to identify my own cycles! ❤

Thank you Henrik 🥰 Have you found any guiding patterns?
Us women are so marked by our obvious cycles and even so we have trouble feeling that it has a rythm, but I always ask men who realise they also have cycles, since it might not be so obvious for you guys 🤎✨

@@PalomacelloTo me, my patterns seem chaotic at the first glance. But I see a regularity in it after a while. It seems that flow always give birth to a dark period. Sort of like a landing in between the flights. I still haven’t figured out why the different fazes last different time periods. I guess I’ll keep looking.

@@Henrik_Stahl we’re not that different, men and women. What you describe sounds very similar to how it feels for me.
I send hugs your way 🤗✨

Thank you for watching it! 🥰
I wish it was me playing 🙈
I used to play this piece many years ago, during my years of preparation to become a professional cellist. I ended up taking a very different route after so many years of studying music, which lead me to where I am now. A story for another video perhaps 😄

Hey! Super nice topic!! Do you have any books to recommend? Thank you and much Love

Hi! Thank you 🥰 it makes me happy to know that it resonates.
Red Moon by Miranda Gray is a good read to tune into your cycle.
But I would also suggest a book called “Awakening Shakti”, by Sally Kempton. This book really helped me recognise and make peace with my feminine energy.
      Hope they help ✨🤎

@@Palomacello Hey! i bought both books, one is still on the way but i started reading Awakening Shakti! And wow...the synchronicity! i have already stumbled across hinduism due to my researches and this is perfect to keep going now! So thank you. i see what you might be into so i want to also recommend a book: "Living in the Light" by Shakti Gawain
