Also read John 1, and the rest of John, then read Acts, then compare OT and NT, then read the Gospels, then come back and try to say that Jesus "isn't God", its shown everywhere if you actually care about doing some simple Bible reading, and studying. The NT is the best attested work of ancient literature, and we have MORE than enough Scriptures to compare, and analyze so that we can discover even minute details in the texts... this has actually proven that the NT is 99.5% Authentic, and the remaining percentage is easily explained, and to be expected, and does not change the story in any significant matter, as the numbers of certain things change, and certain details, but not overall important details, Theology wise. I don't know which Biblical scholars you're referring to, or what sources you have your info from, but the Bible can be trusted. The names, and the areas described in the gospels are very accurate! Simon, f.ex being the most used name at that time, and if you compare actual apocrypha pseudo-gospels to the real ones, you'll see where the discrepancies occur, and where things actually do not even rely upon reality, and with a little more serious research, you'll soon see that the gospels, although they supposedly "contradict" each other, actually compliment each other, and your whole argument is turned on its head, as different details, and different viewpoints are normal, and expected with different witnesses are describing even the same events.. so the gospels being "different" is NOT a problem, and actually strengthens the NT's Authenticity believe it or not :)

I do have a question. In the Quran we see that Jesus does miracles, but the messenger of Allah doesn't. Why do the Hadith's contradict the Quran and tell us the messenger of Allahmiracles?

To PROVE it is not merely differences in pronunciation, I bought Bridges’ Translation of the 10 Qira’at of the Noble Qur’an. If these are merely pronunciation differences, then the translation into ENGLISH would not be affected at all. It would only apply when spoken aloud in Arabic. But the fact that there are actual SEMANTIC differences is revealed in this book for all to see, showing the different MEANINGS in the places where the 10 officially accepted Qur’an Qira’at disagree.
"Qira'at is late (10th century), and arose because of significant differences (still present!) in the Qurans. It was left, apparently, to ibn Mujahid and others to solve these problems by establishing different, but equally canonical readings. Who gave them authority to do that? Some 300 years after muhammed there were so many different arabic qurans that violence was breaking out between those championing their favoured version. To try and prevent more violence, ten different qurans were chosen by the ruler (out of all the many different qurans), and these ten were decreed to be "canonical" regardless of their differences. This makes no sense whatsoever, but remains the excuse given by imams today to cover up the fundamental problems regarding the lack of preservation of the text.
Before I say this, I need to say I am a faithful Christian. That being said the Bible hasn't been "perfectly" preserved either. There are thousands of variance's between the thousands of manuscripts that we have for the New Testament alone. I recently watched a lecture by James White talking about it. It was pretty interesting.

The variation of texts that the Muslim world considers authentic globally, is in fact only in the pronunciation differences that the Prophet of Islam (s.a.w) himself declared authentic in his lifetime. It is not possible to lose a single verse, let alone "chapters" of a book that hundreds and thousands of Muslims have committed to heart from its first word till the last, century over century, starting from the time it was first revealed.
Those who have memorized it, recite it fully in Ramadhan each year, leading congregations of millions of worshipers all over the world who've also memorized parts of the scripture, in addition to reviewing it throughout the year. That is the perfect preservation and a miracle indeed.
The text of the Quran which was collected/compiled in book-form in time of Caliph Abu Bakr (r.a.), and diacritics added in time of Caliph Uthman (r.a) - both close companions of the Prophet (s.a.w) - is the copy the entire Muslim world agrees to be authentic whether Shia or Sunni. Shias have a version which contains the verses in the order as they were revealed over the years since Caliph Ali (r.a) kept a copy in that order, while Sunnis use the Uthmani script which is in the final order of recitation set by the Prophet (s.a.w) per Angel Gabriel, YET despite some deep rooted differences and political grievances between the Shias and the Sunnis, BOTH agree on the exact same verses.
The fact that the two groups diverged soon after the demise of the Prophet (s.a.w) and during the initial Caliphate and separately kept copies from two different closest companions and successors of the Prophet (saw), yet to this day agree on the words and verses of the Qur'an is another testament to its authenticity.
If some people tried writing the script by memory and miss-wrote which can happen anywhere and anytime, and that manuscript is still around, those mistakes have no bearing on the fact that the entire Muslim world is in agreement on the authentic Arabic scripts of the same verses. It is especially astounding considering the political rifts within the Muslim world to the extent that the various sects call each other non-Muslim by every other standard EXCEPT claiming even a single Quranic letter's deviation against the others.
I haven't yet looked at the 'research' you mentioned, but let's say if these anomalies have existed because of human frailty of mind while being so irrelevant and inconsequential to have even been noticed till now that you are jumping with joy that someone has finally discovered something is further testament to the Miracle of Qur'an that the entire Muslim world, regardless of their sectarian differences, agrees on the authentic Arabic copies of the Qur'an passed down from the time of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w). Finding something different which was NOT ADOPTED and which did not cause a change in the original only adds more support to the PERFECT PRESERVATION of the Qur'an. Compare that to the Torah or the New Testament or any other scripture, modern copies of which are just one of myriad of human renditions over the course of history.
