Mine is making a pulsing high pitch beep sound I don't suppose that is normal but car seems to run fine no cel or anything , any resolution or normal ?

Can confirm those front intake manifold bolts are a bitch to get to. I ended up stripping one of the bolts so I just removed the whole radiator support/crash bar and extracted the bolt. In the future, I'd just remove the whole front support to avoid wriggling around with those m6 hex bolts lol. Whilst you've got the valve cover off I would suggest painting it (I painted mine wrinkle black).

Top video, found oil on my Coilpacks and think it is the valve cover gasket so hopefully if I replace that it should sort it. Did the gasket set come with gaskets for the spark plugs (the round ones)

It does show that you can just take any VW to any mechanic shops unless they are specialist VW as far as I know VW alot plastic are very flimsy I recently got a r32 & when I open my hood the lever feels like going to snap

Why did you change the pcv? Was you getting a sucking noise?

Yeah pretty much which is a due a vacuum leak. I researched after and saw that the issue will still persist just like the car I had unless you get a new valve cover getting a new PCV won't resolve the issue.

4 Scoopz I have the a3 version and from basically reading online they say it’s the rubber piece and I got the hissing vacuum with the oil cap not being able to be pulled off.. you’re saying I need to change the valve cover too? Why’s that?
