Seeing all the movies back to back like this really makes you realize just how good the MI franchise really is - one of the best ones out there for sure. Great reaction, Madison.
I really like the casting of Cavill as a brutish thug. It’s unlike most of his roles, but his huge size sells it and he makes a super-entertaining antagonist.
This movie is incredible. Probably the best action movie of all time. Dead Reckoning was also incredible, but lacked something because it was a Part One. I need to see it again to really judge. Thanks for watching Madison. Can't wait for your Dead Reckoning First Watch.
5:23 thats Caspar Phillipson he is an actor from Denmark. (He played JFK in the movie; Jackie)
He told about meeting Tom Cruise. He said that he had already broken his ankle when they did this scene
Rebecca Ferguson was pregnant when she shot this movie and was several months along during that final fight scene with Lane and Benji. That's why she's wearing a baggy coat. They CGI'd her tummy out when necessary.
If you missed it, Alanna Mitsopolis (The White Widow) is the daughter of Max from the first Mission Impossible film.
It’s still as amazing that in real life, and as in character, he was learning how to fly that helicopter
Elsa is in Dead Reckoning part 1. Dead Reckoning is a two part movie. Part 1 was just in theaters. We all still have to wait for the conclusion whenever part 2 comes out. -OG
Madison DO NOT skip watching Dead Reckoning Part 1 in the theater. You will regret it if you do. Just like this movie you WILL need to have a 2nd watch to actually "Get it"!
You are correct. I went back to the theater a 2nd time just to figure out what was really going on.
You would like the "Jack Reacher" films with Tom. Also "Sicario", a tense drama with a great sound design since you really dig the music and such in movies, although it's not a Tom movie.
Watched this movie in the theatre and it was absolutely mindblowing. Thank you for the excellent reaction :D
"I am the storm" is from the Bible
IMO the best of the franchise - top-notch in everyway. That double-pump fist re-load by Cavill is everything in that hairy bathroom brawl and yep, that cliff-hanger ending is a doozy (I've seen them all in IMAX the only way to appreciate them too; and the new one is just as good Mads; can't wait for you to see it!)
The music in Fallout is top notch. IMO, it's the best one of the whole series (although the first is a close second).
Yes the windshield is held in place by pressure adhesive gasket material.
It's interesting how one of only consistent things in this series other than Ethan is Luther. The other notable is that since MI:3 there has been a little more consistency and carryover with the storyline (Benji, Julia, and the Syndicate & now the Apostles). Makes me wonder if they're gonna pull a John Wick after 7 and say, "We *might* do more." There's a lot of characters who may play interesting roles in the series moving forward if it continues.
I guess we'll see. Excellent reactions to the series. Hope you'll continue reacting to more of the stuff that you might not have seen yet. The Jack Ryan, Jason Bourne, and the John Wick series are all good.
Aloha! 🙂
I think you're right, Ghost Protocol is my favourite.
The French Policewoman Ethan saves kinda looks like you lol.
Great reaction, btw. Just discovered your channel. Best wishes x
I love the ending
Hello Madison K. Thames, should ever get to movies about horse endurance races, I suggest " Bite the Bullet " then " Hidalgo " in that order. Followed on by " The Black Stallion " & " The Black Stallion 2 " then top off with " Seabiscuit ". Oh yes, maybe the movie that started the genre " National Velvet " with Elisabeth Taylor. Thank you.
Well, you have to give a big thumbs up to IMF vfx and graphics department for faking the newscast and the visuals of the aftermath of nukes being detonated. Although I have to wonder we've seen the IMF use some very innovative tech over the past 6 movies so you would think that quickly hacking into a smart phone without the passcode would be kind of routine for them, but the hospital fake out was more dramatic and interesting.
Great reaction to this movie!
I don't care what anyone says. I think that Henry Cavill is one of the very best actors of his generation.
I was equally happy to see Ilsa's return. And her lines are still great:
Walker: "Hope is NOT a strategy!"
Ilsa: "You must be new." 😀
I love that the White Widow is the daughter of Max from the first movie. 😀
"Ethan is in so much trouble." I mean, true, but when is he not? 😛
Such an intense movie, and an amazing action adventure. And closure with the ex wife, the knowledge that she's happy, that was important to have.
🥹 Rewatchability is the true power of Good Cinema, with Context being its close second.
The amount of tension you were expressing 😬 I thought you were going to break a bone, blow a vessel, or pop a tendon. 😅
Fantastic Franchise Reaction 👏
Tom Cruise is totally committed to the work especially the stunt work and yes that is where he broke his ankle jumping that last building, you can see him hobling away in the shot.
Nice! Thank you Madison!
Hey, Madison! You should see the latest Mission: Impossible, "Dead Reckoning -- Part 1", in theaters. These films are meant to be experienced on a huge screen with an audience! Re-watch it for us later on. These films are all highly rewatchable.
I have a suggestion for a movie which is quite different from your normal fare, but I do think you would love it, whether you react to it or not. It is the movie "Calamity Jane" (1953), and it stars Doris Day, Howard Keel, and Allyn Ann McLerie. Wonderful performances and songs. Two that stand out are Howard Keel singing, "My Love Is Higher than a Hawk" and Doris Day singing, "Once I Had a Secret Love." It is a lovely movie and is set in the wild west! Anyway, it will beguile your time and warm your heart if you give it a look. Good luck with your channel and your book - Kenton Couch
This movie is awesome
Oh, en contraire, ma chére... Tom is affected by fear. Whenever there is a chance to perform a fear-inducing stunt, he wants to do it. The greater the fear the stronger the desire to perform the stunts. I think.
Really enjoyed your reaction to this movie, I will look forward to when you do Dead Reckoning but I have to see the film first myself, I've been trying to find out when it's streaming in the UK

I recommend you to make a reaction to:
My Little Princess 2011
Look Away 2018
Brimstone 2016
Girl in the Basement 2021
Miss Violence 2013
Allure 2017
Hounddog 2007
Bastard Out of Carolina 1996
Really enjoyed your Fallout revisit, Madison. 👍 I'm sure you'll really enjoy Dead Reckoning when it gets released on streaming. It sadly underachieved in the box office due to the Barbie 😝phenomenon, despite the critical acclaim.
I love the moment he helps the wounded french police woman radio for help, touches her face tenderly and whispers 'I'm sorry' in her language. Actually Hunt does a fair amount of apologising in this film, as he carries more and more guilt and regret. Sean Harris brings so much texture and menace to his role, but Cavill's presence unbalanced the movie slightly, as he's a natural leading man.
Fallout is always the best , Dead reckoning is only make us broken hearts 💔💔 , Rebecca Ferguson's Ilsa Faust character that we know and loved for eight years is being killed off and becoming a corpse on the Venice bridge 😫😭😭😭😡😡
Are you going to do the Bourne series??
I’ve reacted to the first one on my channel! Haven’t watched the rest yet but definitely will sometime!
🖖😌
