My family has a small trailer up at winni. It connects to the scenic train tracks so when I get bored I like to sit on the Rocks looking at Paugus Bay and watch all the boats. Its so nice seeing ppl have fun

Hey Mark ... It's me Vince again? I wanted to add another piece of personal info here on this great lake in New Hampshire. It to me ? Has a bit of a lake Como style to it . As both have people living on islands ? And in villas or towns on their shores always warm of greetings to their annual visitors . So I have a question regarding the lake towns . ? Do any of those communities have Hospitals ? I would imagine they do ... I'm considering moving into the state and retire there. Any info you may have there on that ? Would be greatly appreciated. Hi! I’m unsure about the hospital situation. I would think the town of Laconia would have one because that’s the biggest town on the lake. I’m sure the larger cities like Concord and Manchester would have them too, but they’re not directly on the lake. If you end up retiring here, it’s a beautiful area, and you are very lucky!

That's cool that I got your boat! That ramp in Meredith is a tough one to launch at. When we used to have a boat, we'd launch over at Center Harbor so we didn't have to deal with it. I've seen some people pull out towards route 25 and back straight down rather than deal with that cut out they have on the side. I don't think it had that concrete curb around it in the past, so it's even worse now because you can bang up your tires and wheels.

@@nicksperry9936 Are there any nice lakes near you? I would love to visit the Great Lakes sometime. I've seen a couple of them when I was younger and my brother lived in Chicago, but I don't remember them very well. From photos I've seen, it amazes me how pretty the water color can be - some photos show them to be deep blue and green and makes it looks like the Caribbean.
@@MarkDHall I live an 1 hour 30minutes south of the Illinois Chain. I live an hour north of the Ilinois River. A little over an hour northwest of me is the Rock River in Rockford, IL. Lake Michigan is a little over an hour east of me. Numerous people say you have to pick certain days to boat in Lake Michigan. Because of the height of waves.
Is there a public boat launch in wolfeboro? I recently boat a jetski was wondering if anyone knows a good spot to go ?
Hi - I didn't see your reply for some reason. Yes, there is a public launch in Wolfeboro. It's directly next to "Cate Park". Look that up in a map program, and you'll see the docks there and the boat launch in between some of them. I don't know how much it costs, but I'd guess probably around $20 or so, depending on what town you live in. There's also a public launch in Center Harbor and in Meredith.

I'll have to go back and check it out. I wasn't paying a lot of attention to the details when I made the video. I've never seen one in person, but would have definitely gone over to check it out. There's a 1947 48 ft Shane Trimmership wood cruiser on that lake called the "GYPSY". You should track it down. It is an amazing boat built in Seattle, WA. These plastic boats just don't cut it!
