How To Wear Your Karate Uniform & Belt Correctly

In this video I take you through how to wear your karate uniform correctly.
I have many students that make errors when putting on their gi. Make sure you get yours ready and practice along with me.
Parents, your child will never go to class with their uniform worn incorrectly. Your child will appreciate being about to focus on the class more. A properly worn gi feels like a second skin.
Remember, traditionally boys would not wear a t-shirt underneath their karate suit. Girls should wear a vest or something suitable underneath. If unsure, check with your Sensei, because each club may have different rules.
