to all the don’t use tap water comments. I’m here to say I’ve been using exactly that for my bamboo for a year now and it’s perfectly healthy. just boil the water and let it sit for awhile before using. I grow mine in a vase of water - just be sure you’re only covering the roots and not filling it up with a ton of water as they don’t take much. & change the water/clean vase (any rocks or pebbles too if you’re using any) every 2 weeks. big key is finding a good spot for them to grow in really

I purchased one of these plants and it was barely around 7 inches tall, now it is about 17 inches in a period of 8 months since i bought it and it is still growing strong. I don't use distilled or Ro water to water it, I only use fish tank water, which is already treated with dechlorinator .
You can also just buy the dechlorinator for ponds and treat the water in gallons so you have enough water for your bamboo.
I think the reason why most of these turn yellow is if your water has chlorine. Mine hasn''t turned yellow at all, and the secret lies on that i give it indirect sunlight and also that i eliminate all the chlorine contents before watering my plant.

Apparently the spherification done to create the round orbeez is done only using anything but chemicals bad for ones health or even if accidentally ingested by kids(nevermind the food that our FDA ACTUALLY APPROVED to be sold to consumers to eat but yet many of our items on grocers shelves we have been even allowed to eat are actually either banned in some countries because of their carcinogens, or are just overfill with preservatives & artificial colors, &wutnot)....like say, Doritos or even like mentioned previously-Nutella.
Bu/ at least Apparently Orbeez just may be a healthier snack for us too and not for things like being just for plants. Dig in!!😋
Or dont. Whichever. But I just figure since they help hold an abundant amount of H2O & Lucky Bamboo evidently thrives just fine in just water, the orbeez may help have the water stick around better&cleaner as opposed to an evaporating cloudy mess developing as easily 🤔🤔🤪and they're available in lots of Purdy colors for maybe using in a clear case to add some vibrance to the home &/or office!!!😎
