Makes me a Proud IBM’er , I always fascinated about being a part of IBM when I used to watch discovery channel never though I would have made it. I want to contribute positively now ❤

I remember, as a child I saw it on TV Live in India, those were great moments. At that time IBM was not in vision only Moon and the Rocket. Kudos to the team rather teams.

The first good film from IBM in a couple of years. I was starting to think they had given up trying. The executive at the end was unnecessary.

I'm pretty sure IBM didn't work on the AGC.... Am I confused here? IBM worked on the instrument ring and launch vehicle computers.

The AGC on board of the Apollo spacecraft was built by MIT. IBM computers were used on the ground.

" A thousand word of memory " . Just look at the programme listing , looks like a telephone book . So how was it possible to programme the AGC with only 36KB of ROM ? Was it all a hoax ?

I remember how people were capable of performing more accurate math calculations with more precision (albeit much much more slowly) than the IBMs.
To this day IBM continues to be a shitstain on the computing world.
