First n foremost, my condolences to the families who lost a love one n those that were injured. This type of behavior is not excepted, especially when young children are present. Citizens of San Antonio n outsiders should be able to go out n enjoy themselves without having to suffer pain, injuries n death because of some irresponsible bad seed. What ever happened to the old-fashioned toe to toe . Cowerness hide behind weapons. Not trying to offend or undermine anyone. Why should Bystanders have to pay the piper because someone has to hide in the crowd. This is pretty sad that some citizens n outsiders are no longer enjoying themselves because they fear out breaks like this. The question is how do we correct this problem?
