As much as I disagree with what they are doing, passing a bill that limits speech is not the answer. Maybe enforce the already existing laws that state that this kind of behavior is illegal and has legal consequences? Justice should be blind. True justice does not make special laws to protect one group of people. Justice should apply to ALL AMERICANS, and not just one group. This is a slippery slope and can be used to persecute certain religions for simply quoting their favorite book when our country was established based on freedom of religion and no taxation without representation. Enforce existing laws. Stop creating new ones while refusing to enforce the law that is already written. This is very simple to understand.

Courts have upheld permit requirements as a reasonable way to maintain public safety and order, so are constitutional. Universities have the right to establish and enforce policies governing student conduct and violating these policies is not protected by the Constitution.
