1 lb chicken breast
8 chili peppers
2 california chili peppers
1/2 cup, pepper broth⤴️
2 cinnamon sticks
3 cups, chicken broth or water(season to taste)
1/4 cup, Sofrito (Goya brand)
2 tbsps, garlic-minced
1 can chipotle chilis (goya brand)
½ onion,diced
Small can of tomato paste
1 tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 Tsp Sazon seasoning
2 tbsps green seasoning
2 tsps cumin powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 Oz shredded queso cheese(easy melt)
Garnish - cilantro, chopped
Garnish - 1 lime, sliced
