I've lost 93lbs doing keto veggie. There's no need to cut out eggs and dairy unless you're vegan or have an intolerance to them. That's an intolerance to eggs and dairy, not vegans. 😁

I ate Quorn products, eggs, cheese, butter, mayo, Greek yogurt, avacado, salads, low carb veggies like cauliflower and broccoli, berries, nuts and seeds.
if you add eggs & dairy you have a *TON* of protein options.
With dairy you can get high-fat greek yogurts, or cheeses like Paneer, Bleu, Feta, and Hallumi are all awesome.
Yes!! I eat eggs and dairy so that won't be an issue, I love eggs and cheese!
Almost all green veggies have protein in them, and avocados has like all the aminos a body needs as well.
If you want to avoid eggs, you could add nuts and nut butters for protein, and actually, as long as the macros are factored into the entire day's macro count and serving size portioned accordingly, mung beans and split peas have a ton of protein and can be added to a Keto diet as well, about 1/4cup or less dried when measured, then soaked. Subtract the amount of fiber from the total carba and you'll get your net carbs. I usually use half that amount even.
You don't get into ketoses just because you haven't eaten for 17 hours.
You still have to eat very, very low carb to get into ketoses.

I was plant based eating tons of carbs for 8 years and I tried doing plant based keto, maybe I was doing it wrong but I didn't enjoy it.
Vegetarian keto includes eggs, dairy. I think cheese alone makes the diet more tolerable long term.

Well we eat keto but didnt know it, but we eat dairy. I dont eat eggs, eat some carbo rarely cake, have sugar in coffee, need to lose weight but eat keto because we are veges, i dont like past much, dont like pizza
