i bought some eggs from whole foods (whatever their store brand is) and the yolks were so orange! it was like 2.50 too so not expensive at all, i recommend going there if you want orange egg yolks :)

The darker the yolk the better the quality. Also shows the chicken has more healthy food and less stress.
Also you can see the last batch was the most yellow. Probably because it would have been too expensive to buy over 2000 high quality eggs

If anyone is curious what brand of eggs to purchase with orange yolks like some of the ones in this video, a brand from Arkansas called "Happy Eggs" has eggs that all have that exact color of yolk
They're also not that much more expensive than "regular" eggs, or even "organic", (not more than 3 USD iirc) and they're incredibly flavourful, even without seasoning(i.e. eating them right after hard boiling them), so I would absolutely recommend giving them a try :)

At the same time, an Italian hangs himself somewhere. Pasta is made from durum wheat semolina and water. Eggs have no place in traditional pasta and pasta dough is not made from normal flour either. Pasta with eggs is called "pasta all'uovo" and this is not the pasta used to make Italian pasta dishes.
