How to save final video / export file ( video with audio combined ) ? i can't save .

Why not? What's the problem? It's very simple.

Does the audio track always go below the video track?

Actually no. It's just that I found OpenShot 3.x has a bug where if we place an audio track above the video track, the audio track sometimes somehow hides/covers the video with a black screen during editing. It doesn't always happen, but from my experience, it happens quite often and it's very annoying.
I never encountered this problem in OpenShot version 2.x before. It used to work fine putting the audio track on any track. In fact, I used to put the audio as the top-most track, but after I updated my OpenShot to version 3.x, I got this problem.
So, hopefully the bug gets fixed on the next revision, and we can place the audio on any track again.
