First make sure your configuration.xml file is in the same directory as the setup.exe. Then make sure u don't have any typo error on the command line. If you did exactly what i did in the video u should not have gotten this error.

You probably pressed the esc or f8 key a little too late. The boot menu's time window during restart is usually very short and easy to miss. Try shutting down your PC completely first and then turn it on while pressing the esc or f8 key.

Yes, all images, videos and stickers will be transferred to the new phone.

The solution is already in the video at 14:04 You need to put the captions on a dedicated track that should be placed as the top-most track. Pls refer to the video for more detailed steps.

The data transfer can only be done on a fresh whatsapp installation or dual account setup. If your number on the new phone is the same as that on the old one, then you have to reinstall whatsapp and hence you'll lose the new chats. But if right now u use a different number on the new phone, you can setup dual account and transfer the chats frm the old phone to the new one similar to this method. You can refer to my other video on setting up dual account for more details.

Unfortunately, you have to do it one by one. We all expect that at the very least, we should be able to change the transition type all at once by selecting them all and then change their source property once, but we can't. Hopefully the OpenShot contributors will look into this soon as some people have been asking the same question.

Yeah, it does. It basically copies your WhatsApp data from the old phone to the new one. Which also means that, your WhatsApp data on your old phone remains unchanged even after successful transfer.

Your chats history databases and media files are still kept in the old phone, even after a successful transfer. Just open the file explorer and go to either InternalStorage/Whatsapp or InternalStorage/Android/media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp. Everything is still there. You can just login to whatsapp on your old phone and you should be back to where you were.

You are not losing anything. That's just the timeline view. Use the zoom slider on the Timeline to zoom in the short clips and zoom out the longer ones so that u can work on them comfortably. I suggest you do a quick run through on the OpenShot's user interface before diving into the video editing. You need to create the texts on a separate image editor like Photoshop or Paint.net. I used Paint.net, which is a FREE open-source alternative of Photoshop. You can get it from www.getpaint.net/. @suhailaais1009 di HP yg pake SIM card nomer WA-nya. Jd kalo dah dipindah ke HP baru, kodenya akan muncul di HP baru. Hrsnya dibaca otomatis sama WA-nya, jd kita nggak perlu ngapa2in lg. Itu tujuannya kenapa SIM cardnya mesti di HP baru.

Well, it’s currently not possible to transfer chats on WhatsApp Business. That's what Meta/WhatsApp say. Let's just wait until they implement it on WhatsApp Business.

If it's already too long, you'd better cancel it. Something must be wrong somewhere. It's hard to tell where unless we debug it. But be assured that cancelling it won't affect your WhatsApp data on your old phone. You can always redo it by reinstalling WhatsApp on the new phone.

Well, maybe you can do these checks first to see if you can find the root cause. 1) Go to settings -> Storage & data -> Manage Storage Find which chats have the large size. Tap the chat and see if the media files are still there. If so, delete them. Do this to every large chat. 2) Open file explorer on your phone (or you can get one from Play Store) and go to Android/Media/com.whatsapp/whatsapp/databases You may delete all files named msgstore-YYYY-MM-DD.1.db.crypt15 (or .crypt14). These are database backup files for particular dates. Or if you want, you can move and save them to other external storage or PC. The main database file is named msgstore.db.crypt15/14. Make sure its size is acceptable. And then when you restore your chats after reinstallation, try restoring it from this file. Hope this will help.

Unfortunately, WhatsApp web and WhatsApp for desktop are just extensions and hence cannot be used on their own. You still need a phone (WhatsApp mobile) to be linked to. Even if you link them using phone number, you will still need to enter the code generated on the WhatsApp desktop to your WhatsApp mobile for authentication.

Bisa, tp WA nya hrs diinstall ulang. WA di HP yg baru dah ada chats nya blm? Kalo udah ada chats di HP baru hrs dihapus dl. Kalo stlh install ulang msh nggak bs, bersihin dl data lamanya stlh uninstall. Masuk ke folder Android/media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp dan hapus semua isinya biar spt blm pernah install WA.

How could that be? This error can only occur when bios is trying to load an operating system. I guess you pressed the delete key too late when turning on your PC.

This just happened to my pc. Pressing OK directs me to BIOS. Make sure keyboard is connected directly and not thru a hub as that didn't work for me (not sure y though). Btw, solution shown in video did fix the problem.
