I've been doing MMA/Kickboxing/BJJ for 14 years, and lifting off and on for 15 years. I have racked up every injury you'd imagine from torn meniscus, bulging discs, and more. I was over 300 lbs when I was 10 years old too. So my body has many more decades of wear than my 36 years. I started DDPY a month ago and have done Wake Up 2.0 every morning and it's a legit miracle. My knees, hamstrings and low back were terrible every morning with sciatica everyday. I already feel a huge improvement. I wish I had gotten on the bandwagon sooner. DDP is a genius. I can't believe the guy I watched 20+ years ago in the Attitude Era would be changing my life now.
Been alternating this and wakeup 2.0 every morning for a week now. That combined with an actual DDP workout at night and my back pain is already 70% gone
i love ddp yoga and for real it ain't your mama's yoga i been doing it for 1month and it's been the best thing i have ever done I'm not in pain like before and i have lost some weight but the pain relieve is the most important part for me. Thanks DDP!
I read all the comments about DDP yoga and I’m excited to try it , I have to decide if I want surgery in a couple of days on my L5 . It would be awesome to not have to have surgery. IDK
You dont know how much I appreciate you putting this on you tube. I would like to get you videos but I dont have safe access internet. I would love if you could get a physical address for us to use.
I have severe degenerative disc, daily nerve pain in my buttocks, hips and legs, and I don’t have my very bottom disc but I believe I could pretty much do these exercises in this video........for the most part. I’m gonna try this. Thanks!
(just posted this on Facebook for you....thanks for the help..) just started doing a wake up yoga routine 10 mins a day in the morning.... easy to do and GREAT for the body.... i highly recommend DDP Yoga... developed by a retired wrestler Darryl Diamond, it works great for old folks trying to get some strength and flexibility back...like me... and here is the workout on youtube.... give it a try all
Well this is wonderful, however, I can't even get on my knees. I'm 350 lb and I can't do that. Not only I can't get on my knees cuz all that weight on my knees hurts but I don't have the mobility to do stretches like that even if I could be on my knees. The weight hinders me from doing that. Also once I'm on the floor, it's not likely I'll be able to get up very easily
I've stayed 300 lbs for the last few years but then I got hurt at work about 5 months and now I think I'm at 350. So I understand that pain on your knees and fear of being stuck on the ground. I'm just focusing on doing the stretches that I can and trying to add more as I go. I'm kind of a pussy so if I can do it then you can do it.

Just started doing this. My back is feeling better after the first time. I can't do the half dog yet but, I will. Thanks
I've been doing the version of "safety zone" without knowing it, it just felt good to do.

This is used in spinal clinic in Wales for rehab, so hopefully it brings you ease.
Curious for an update. How's it working for you? Have a mother-in-law who needs to work on her back as well.
What happened to the full version that was on CZcams? This is cutting a lot out I can’t find it now I used it daily
