  • UPDATE 8/2021: Not sure why the algorithm seems to be prioritizing this video so much, but a LOT has changed with this car. Yes, I still have it, yes, it still runs (currently sitting at just over 120,000 miles), and yes, I still like it.
Some things I've done with the Corolla so far:
    1. Suspension overhaul last year (shocks/struts/tie rods, with thanks to Ryan and Jack for helping out)
    2. New radio a couple of times (currently on a Sony MEX-N4380BT)
    3. LED interior lights (originally just the dash cluster, but I put LEDs in the map and dome lights)
    4. Dashcam (Garmin of sorts, can't remember the model)
    5. Added mount points for a tablet stand/IntelliDash like thing (I've got plans for this, but I've been lazy). Previously had a RasPi running Crankshaft before it got depreciated.
Some things that have gone wrong:
    1. The headliner is 90% gone because of old age. Need to replace it but that's a chore and a half.
    2. Definitely consuming oil, unfortunately. It isn't terrible...yet.
    3. FSCKING DOOR HANDLES hashtag just corolla things
I've been meaning to shoot some update video but it just hasn't happened because I've nowhere to really film it without people looking at me all weird. So for now, this'll have to do. That said, the original description:

In the aftermath of the deceased 2014 Mazda6, we have this. I know, I know, why would I buy this? Well, the video explains quite well.
And before someone decides to point it out: Yes, my nails are painted. No, I didn't do it because I wanted to, I did it because one of my nails got bruised and I wanted to hide the damage.
