  • A pit hack by Gbreezerunner aka Gbreezesunset from 2011? This time, I played all rooms. Comments below.
    Comments:
    - Last time, I spawned a reznor in the red room, beating this hack in less than three minutes. This time I wanted to play all rooms (but still break the individual rooms).
    - I edited the hack to make the invisible coin blocks visible. I figured this would make for a better encoding.
    - As a small gimmick, I tried to hit most of the message boxes. Are these scattered message boxes a Gbreeze thing? I definitely recall there being some hidden message boxes in colon three.
    - I love the spinjump back into bounds at 05:50
    - The obstacle at 06:35 nicely shows the order of Mario's movement, block interaction and sprite interaction.
    - Why does the upside-down launcher at 07:01 not kill you?
    - Playing "a random pit" definitely made me more comfortable with chained shell jumps (although I have yet to to a horizontal triple shell jump). 07:17
    - I kinda want to make a slow auto scroll level where you have to go below and above the level to get enough items.
    - Not optimizing for time allows me to show off some of the cutoff in this hack 04:08 11:40
    - The berries at 15:12 seem very randomly placed.
