Anyone that thinks this is a 20 must know that Flare Gauge EX used to be the requirement and when you do a song with EX, you have to be nearly flawless and they expected you to do it with this chart. If a 20 came out, they would not expect you to be near flawless with it. Anyway, this is around 19.4 or 19.5.

That is mostly true. The higher difficulties haven’t changed all that much. However, while it lacks breaking new levels, it makes up for in sheer quantity.
A3 has added so many 17s and 18s that it puts the previous versions to shame. Even CHALLENGE difficulty has seen a massive spike in additions.
