Saaame, when I first heard Angelic Voices when I played Beat Saber, my very first thought was "this absolutely just sounds like a DDR song"
@@moRULEZ18981I feel like that's the whole "theme" of Porter Robinson's Virtual Self side project. "Particle Arts" was in an Arcaea (mobile rhythm game) DLC pack and it fits so perfectly, it's like Virtual Self is Robinson's love letter to music he listened to as a kid--namely, tons of Eastern rhythm game music.
@@Cool_Calm_Cam Particle Arts was also in IIDX a couple years before Eon Break got into DDR; I hope that some of his other works (both his regular stuff and his "Virtual Self" persona) can get in DDR at some point

I'VE ALWAYS WANTED THIS SONG IN DDR, in fact actually this entire album. I always picured Eon Break being the big BOSS song though, so that's sick.
This is currently the fastest drill longer than 7 notes. IX CSP has a faster 7-note burst. Reiwa CSP had a faster 9-note burst before its removal.
That didn't last long. Breaking the Future Rips it a new hole.
The drills at the end are ~17.8 NPS for both the CSP and CDP.
In Single Play, that is higher than the 16 NPS in the previous record holder, Valkyrie Dimension CSP.
In Double Play, that is higher than the 15.7 NPS in the previous record holder, Lachryma《Re:Queen’M》EDP and CDP.
Does anyone have an idea what the human limit is for NPS with feet?
Update: BREAKING THE FUTURE is the new record holder with 18 NPS in both the CSP and CDP charts.

I feel like Angel Voices may sadly be exclusive to Beat Saber as an original song for there. Obviously, I could be mistaken.
I know it's not the same but the slowdown runs remind me of Bloodrush from ITG.
Reminds me more of Destiny or Summer Speedy Mix from In The Groove 2. You have to believe in yourself to keep the stream going or else you'd get a bunch of misses.

Between 12ths at 358bpm and 8ths at 744bpm, I think Valkyrie is faster...

Why block part of the screen? Can we get versions without them? It's harder to read the patterns so I can set my feet
That's the Sudden+ modifier. Certain players use it to read slower BPM with a lower speed modifier better. They then disable for faster BPM sections
@@jasonmartinez5116 I see. I've never had a problem with reading a screen of notes and this modifier makes it harder to plan ahead with how I'm going to step. I can usually glance at an entire screen and just step it without looking. The sudden modifier seems to be for more the twitchy, holding on to the bar play style rather than how I play, which is to move around the pad more. It's more athletic IMHO
My brother in Christ if you can pass this chart no bar without minimal form you should consider trying out for your country's olympic sprint team
