I'm not sure. Maybe the stacks can be used by everyone but also consume globally, so first come first serve kind of haha

I think the healing set is probably for a healer Charlotte since her burst heal can easily heal +18k HP per burst + C1 proc. Think about it: Blizzard strayer will be useful only if you're running Charlotte in a freeze team where you want her to either deal dmg or just get crit increase to proc Favonious and 4pc Emblem is a waste on her (Better 2 Pc as her burst deals low dmg anyway). She can proc Tenacity but Tenacity increases HP with 2 Pc which Charlotte can't use. OHC is clunky on Charlotte unless you have C6 (Which I do). The 6 seconds interval is just to give you time to set up your other supports so they don't waste your buffs from the dmg dealer. I can see this because usually my rotation in Wriothesley - Furina freeze is Furina skill - Burst, Charlotte Skill + Burst, Kazuha skill and/or burst and then I use my Wriothesley C1. If the 4pc healer set effect were to trigger too immediately my Kazuha would steal the buff from my Wriothesley

It says after using an elemental skill , so first I will have to use navia's skill , then burst to collect shards and crystal shield to maximum output right ? Or I can use any other character's elemental skill😅
No you should almost always Burst before! You can hold your Skill to attract Crystallize or just press it and happen to be close to one. But generally Burst > Skill > Normals will work with this set

Both sets were definitely designed for Navia. The healing set is intended to support her E because she's not affected by the hit limit

It's ok to keep using 2pc/2pc especially because they are likely going to be of better quality for a while. Marechaussee is also viable in Furina teams.
We really need a suport to colect cristilize. Like you said, having to move make you lose dps and this suport could buff cristilize shield too.

Holding Navia's E skill also pulls in any nearby shards. It's pretty quick too

Yes. Crystallize is weak since no Geo character currently makes use of EM, but it's still a shield that works with Geo resonance.
It's why Geo resonance works with shields to begin with.
When Ningguang refreshes her Jade Screen (C2) do you get +100% Geo dmg?

healing set would be good mybe with Barbara but anything else i feel like its useless
I find it useful for Charlette who only procs one big heal and that's it. OHC isn't great because on her because she can't sustain healing over long periods of time and proc the effect multiple times. In addition, the new set should be useful for her in Neuvillette teams where Tenacity or Noblesse doesn't contribute much to buffing the team. It's a very niche set though.
It's good for characters with strong off-field healing (ex: Kokomi, Baizhu) that support main DPS characters with slow but strong attacks (ex: Ganyu, Xiao)

Not really, unfortunately Bennett doesn't heal past a certain point unless you keep on taking damage or consume HP.

20% getting increased by 150% is 50% total Geo DMG
150% of 20% is 30%, so if you add that to 20% it makes 50%
the most stupid things about these healing set is that you're basically forced to take dmg; hence the paradox of avoid dodging. But if you avoid dodge you lose time, and it becomes a vitious circle. To get a bonus you have to be hit, what stupid thing is that?
It counts overflow healing so technically it doesn't if you take damage!
You don't have to get hit. It also counts over healing. Meaning that if you're already and full HP and you get healed, it will still record that healing amount. It's literally right there in the description...

Pretty funny since people who were too lazy or stupid and mindlessly believed what everyone else initially said about Yoimiya (and Kokomi etc...) were crapping on her, too. Navia looks awesome and I can't wait to pull! ...but then, I'm not a poor boy 😂
