- Hi, I'm Renutti. In this video, I'll show you how I got a free screen replacement for my Samsung Galaxy phone. Last week, green lines appeared on my phone's screen. Even though my warranty was expired, I emailed Samsung and kept following up. In the end, they gave me a free screen and battery replacement. I'm sharing my story to help other Samsung users. എന്റെ S20 plus ഇതുപോലെ 8 or 9 green line വന്നൂ. പക്ഷെ അവര് free replacement തരുന്നില്ല. പകരം 3000 രൂപ discount താരം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാലും ഞാന് 13k ചിലവ് ആക്കേണ്ട അവസ്ഥ ആയി. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാന് Samsung ഒഴിവാക്കി Poco F6 വാങ്ങി.

Now Samsung has reconsidered free replacement, Samsung India Support confirmed its free screen replacement program has been extended. It is now available for Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21 FE, and Galaxy S22 Ultra users. The period for this screen replacement program is valid until 30 September 2024. Moreover, those devices should have been purchased within three years from the date of the repair request. Samsung also revealed that while the screen panel will be available free of cost, users have to bear the labor charges and need to have the original purchase bill. I hope you have a great day.
