    Hello guys!
So this is how much I spend usually for the week here in Norway.
I'm always trying to safe as much as possible because this is what I can afford with the current state of my CZcams channel.
I don't spice my food and I don't like to spend too much time in the kitchen. I just throw everything together and I'm happy with it.
If you have a normal paycheck and pay a bit of attention, you can buy a lot of food (doesn't matter what diet you follow).
See ya in the next video!

When I was in Norway eating meat and fish was cheaper than eating only vegetables. It was a lot cheaper even to eat fish, salmon is really cheap there. And raw milk is relatively cheap too. And eggs as well.

A small tip; are you familiar with Kiwi's Fortsatt God basket? The price for what is in the basket is 9 NOK per kg no matter what it is.
Kiwi has a basket with their produce where they put fruit and vegetables that are not perfect, often times all is still useable, or you remove a tiny bit and the rest is good to go. The trick is to get to know your local store and time it so that you are there around the time they fill up the basket. My local store does this around 9 - 9:30 every morning.
Some days is it nothing other days it is a treasure trove of goodies. Today I found strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes, bell pepper, salad, melons, bananas, basil, and peaches.

After price hike last year, there is of course some selected food that is too overpriced now.

Glad you didn't shop at Costco. Just spent $150 yesterday, basically on snacks.
**Satan...* Love all your vids, especially your travels about Norweigian black metal history. Really cool

It's just getting more and more expensive here. Sadly for me i live on an island so the Joker store is the ONLY store were you can buy food from, so it is more expensive here on average and you cant go to any competition. It is painful

Off topic but you really should check out Mental Cruelty - Nordlys a track from their new album, it’s the most black metal track they have ever made!

      It's from white bat studio.
Don't remember the name but if you write "white bat studio thrash metal" on CZcams you'll find it.
