The latest government land sales results for the mixed development site along Tampines Avenue 11 saw a highest bid came from a joint venture company by CapitaLand, UOL, and SingLand. Their offer was 14% higher than the second bidder's.
Going forward, how much will the developers be selling them for?
Is it worthwhile buying a mixed development today?
How will this impact the upcoming EC site that is located next door?

Mixed development usually sell with a premium. I confident they will sell above 2000 psf

Becos of their entry price...ample supply n choice nearby also play a part..2 bed in SKG can I buy 3 bed nearby? Yet enjoy mall next door?
