  • Hey there, fellow movie enthusiasts! Today, I've got something exciting to share with you: wireless audio. Now, this isn't your ordinary gear talk; I'm diving into the Bose S1 Pro Plus. Remember when I snagged this beauty a few months back? Well, forget about the guitar and this trusty microphone for a sec.
    Let's zoom in on these nifty wireless inserts. Check them out-they seamlessly plug into the back of your speaker. Easy peasy. And guess what? The speaker does all the heavy lifting-pairing, charging-automatically. Just keep your speaker juiced up, and you're golden.
    Now, when I'm ready to rock, I simply unplug it, power up the speaker, and boom! Wireless magic in action. Same drill for the mic-wireless freedom at its finest.
    But hold up, there's more to these babies than meets the eye. Sure, they're great for busking or gigging weddings, but I've uncovered a whole world of possibilities. Picture this: I've got my sound card, Scarlet Focusrite, chilling nearby. Usually, I'd run into lag drama when using a Bluetooth speaker with my DAW. But not with these inserts. Zero lag, even from across the room. How cool is that?
    And let's talk battery life-four solid hours. That's more than enough for a jam session or two. Pop 'em back into the device, and they recharge like magic. It's plug and play, folks, and with Bose quality, you can't go wrong.
    So, would I recommend these bad boys? Absolutely! Let me know how you're using your wireless transmitters. The best part? No extra receivers cluttering up your setup. It's all built into the speaker. How convenient is that?
    Thanks for tuning in, folks. Until next time, keep rocking!

    Although the convenience of the transmitters would be nice, I found the vocals get compressed quicker at lower volumes. Artifacts are present as well. At first glance, I thought the transmitters were awesome, but when using with my guitar and singing over the last week, I switched back to cables and will be returning the transmitters.

      For just singing? Shure Sm58 is the industry standard, for vlogs or other stuff I use rode lapel mics

    I can’t figure out how for the wireless Bose xlr transmitter to connect to TWO S1 Pro+ speakers at the same time. I can play audio from phone to both speakers at same time, but not the mic.

      I know the Bluetooth can do both speakers, but I think if you want the jack or xlr channels to go through both you will probably need to run a cable from one main output to the input of the other

    Awesome! I have the same Rode Wireless Pro. Is there a way to connect the Rode to the Bose?

      With the right cables yes. For what purpose. You could put the output jack to the ride wireless pro to record your session.

      @@Sonymoviemasters Awesome! I guess I’d need a XLR adapter for it and then it should work. You guys do a great job!

      @@Sonymoviemasters If I connected the Rode directly to the AUX there might be latency right? Better perhaps to go with something like the VXLR Pro I suppose 🤔

    • @Sonymoviemasters
      @Sonymoviemasters  Před 3 měsíci

      @skyfiblue there is almost no latency between the wireless pro and my camera
      So I assume it would be okay for the boss. But if it's for recording ot won't natter. Unless your planning to use the clip on mic yo sing with
