    This video is so much better than a lot of the crap out here on the internets. No time wasted with "snappy" muzak intros and you get right down to the business of delivering useful information. Thank you!

    Okay, but if the client, imagine does not know anything about this job, I think it's our ' services providers' responsibility to go and have a look and insure if the work site is good to paint, if not we must do ect ect.
    Ofcourse then a little arrangement over the price.

      Agree completely. The professional must provide professional advice. Even if they don't want additional work done, it's still the responsibility to guide the client to the best result possible!

    What kinda chalk line you use? Is it a XL Chalkbox for better lines

    • @stripeitlikeitshot
      @stripeitlikeitshot  Před 8 měsíci

      Will either use a regular snap line on new pavement, or if it's older asphalt, we will use railroad chalk dragged across a cotton rope. Most of the time, though, we're not snapping chalk lines, we're using lasers

      Depends where you are, where I live in Canada that is too cheap, but if you are dealing with American money pretty good

      @@allenmauia3186 Your comment was not stupid at all. The difference in successful companies growing and scaling primarily lies in their ability to empower employees to grow. It's what keeps a lot of small companies small. Thanks for the feedback and the response back!

    it appears your tech did not care about you and your business

    • @stripeitlikeitshot
      @stripeitlikeitshot  Před 8 měsíci

      It's not that they don't care. They just needed to be shown after why we have a process and standard to follow. Business is really easy until you add imperfect humans into the mix - we all need constant reminders, training, and guidance.

    Seems like you need new employees with common sense

    • @stripeitlikeitshot
      @stripeitlikeitshot  Před rokem +1

      That's not how I see it. When we have issues, we analyze what system or process we have. We clarify what we want to happen, document it, train people on it, and make sure it never happens again. Mistakes are just opportunities to improve.
