Nancy Spungen said on that cable TV show with Sid and Stiv Bators that Sid's plan was to release his next single with The Idols backing him. Unfortunately it all went pear shaped before that happened. Sid in a band with the New York Dolls rhythm section of Nolan and Kane looks good on paper. But would he have been able to get it together to write an albums worth of original songs and if so would they have been any good?. Listening to the Idols' only single and the London Cowboys cd. That might give you an idea of where it could have gone.
