I have oatmeal in the morning and some espresso. I make both. I also make it a point to drink water. I am a virtual vegetarian. On occasion I may cheat and eat chicken or fish. To figure out how much water you should be drinking a day (I'm from the US so it'll be in pounds and ounces) if you take your weight and divide by 2 that's how many fluid ounces you should at least be drinking a day to stay hydrated đ
